How We Get It Done
Caroline Horste, our project management lead, has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2019. After founding her first project management consultancy in 2020, she’s led projects realizing more than $2M in value, and has worked as a right hand to founders across industries as a strategic and operational consultant.
In 2024, she was elected to the Board of Directors of her local Project Management Institute (PMI) chapter, serving as the Vice President of Professional Development. In this role, she supports 500+ project leaders in attaining and maintaining their professional certifications.
