We go beyond business as usual.
We are a group of consultants who believe that it’s possible to combine excellence and ethics — in fact, that it’s our moral imperative as business owners — and we work with businesses of all sizes who want to grow their capacity to do excellent, ethical work.
More than anything, we’re always looking for ways to be better. Sometimes, that means looking at a broken system and determining it doesn’t have to be this way. Other times, that means taking the guardrails off and helping you to be even more of what you already are.
Businesses aren’t one-size fits all… so neither are we.
We put our money where our mouth is.
As a business ourselves, we practice what we preach. We’re an active Good for Michigan member, a Great Lakes Business Network member, and an aspiring Benefit Corporation. We mentor rising professionals, provide our services on a pro-bono basis to organizations that need it, and actively advocate for causes that are important to us.
