About Us
Our Team
The Boundless Impact team’s skillsets are broad, but one thing we all have in common is that we love getting our hands dirty. (Digitally, that is.) Whether you need a consultant to come in at the eleventh hour to get a messy project across the finish line or whether you need a visionary to make you sit back and dream big, we’ve got your back.
Allison Barkel, MSEd
Core competencies: Project management, program implementation & evaluation, curriculum development, learning & development, HR management consulting
Alli is a native Michigander but has worked all over the midwest, having called Indianapolis home for the last ten years. She’s worked in higher education, content & curriculum development, learning & organizational training, and, most recently, healthcare consulting.
She’s passionate about service and volunteerism, and serves on several advisory boards across Indiana.
Caroline Horste, MBA, PMP, MA
Core competencies: Project management, marketing technology, brand & marketing strategy, strategic planning, small business & solopreneur operations support
Caroline is a fierce advocate for project management education, having founded Caroline Manages, LLC in 2020 as a pathway to help others pivoting out of higher education settings learn more about PM work. She currently serves as the Vice President for Professional Development on her local Project Management Institute board, as well as on the boards for B Local MI and her local Friends of the Library board.
Kyle Martin, MA
Core competencies: Project management, organizational & leadership development & coaching, impact strategy, curriculum development, workshop facilitation
Kyle’s roots as a consultant began immediately after his graduation from college, when his work as an advisor at a multinational membership organization took him across the country serving institutions in immediate need. After returning to Michigan, he pivoted out of higher education to make use of his undergraduate degree and move into project management and operations support.
